General Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program: 1. Purpose of the Program The Déferlantes referral program aims to allow our customers to recommend our residence to their loved ones by giving them a discount or exclusive advantage on their first stay, while offering benefits to the referrer. The program is only valid for reservations made between the start of the school year (metropolitan France) in September and July. 2. Participants The Referrer: Any person who has already stayed in our residence can become a referrer and recommend new customers (the referees). The referrer must have completed at least one validated stay to participate in the program. The Referred Person: Any person who has never stayed in our residence and who books for the first time via a referral from a referrer. 3. Advantages For the godchild: The godchild benefits from a 15% discount on his first reservation made in low season (September to July not included) or 2 free services from our list (excluding breakfast) for a stay with Check out in July. This discount is only applicable on the first reservation and cannot be combined with other current offers. For the sponsor: The sponsor receives a reward for each successful sponsorship: 1 referral: 1 service of your choice offered for your next stay regardless of the period, among those offered in the "rates" section (excluding breakfast) 2 referrals: 2 services of your choice offered for your next stay regardless of the period, among those offered in the "rates" section (excluding breakfast) 3 referrals: 2 consecutive nights offered depending on availability at the time of booking (excluding July/August and long weekends, excluding supplements) 4 referrals: 2 nights offered depending on availability at the time of booking, can be combined with reward no. 1 or 2 or 3 (excluding July/August and long weekends, excluding breakfast) 4. Eligibility conditions The sponsor can only recommend referrals who have never stayed in the residence. The program is only valid for stays booked and made outside the month of August The discount for the godchild is only applicable once, on his first validated reservation. 5. Terms of use of rewards Reward n°1 and n°2 for the sponsor are applicable to his next stay. N°3 and n°4 are applicable outside July August and outside long weekends (public holidays, bridges) If a sponsor reaches 4 rewards, the counters will be reset and his next godchild will again bring him reward n°1 etc.. The discount cannot be transferred to another person. 6. Sponsorship Procedure For the sponsorship to be validated, the following steps must be followed: The sponsor must recommend the residence to his potential godchildren by sharing with them a personalized code which he will simply request from Johanne, manager of the program, by email or text message. The godchild must mention the code provided by his sponsor when making his first reservation. The godchild's reservation is made like any other reservation, the stay must be completed for the sponsor to benefit from his reward. Once the godchild's stay is over, the sponsor will receive an email confirming his reward (within 3 weeks). 7. Validity of rewards The rewards obtained through the sponsorship program are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. The rewards are not transferable, convertible into cash, or refundable. 8. Modification and termination of the program SARL Les Déferlantes reserves the right to modify or terminate the sponsorship program at any time. Customers will be informed in the event of modification or cancellation of the program. 9. Personal data The personal data collected as part of this sponsorship program are used exclusively for the management of the program. They will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
